By creating an account or using oppverse.in you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Oppverse.

• You must give accurate details and keep your password and OTPs private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• There are three roles: job seekers, mentors and recruiters.
• Mentors and recruiters must upload a genuine company proof document and are reviewed by our team before their profiles go live. We may reject or suspend profiles that fail verification.

• Payments on Oppverse are made from your wallet. You add money by paying through UPI and submitting a top-up request with the payment proof; it's credited after our team verifies it.
• The minimum top-up is ₹49. Wallet money can be used only on Oppverse and isn't interest-bearing.
• Submitting fake or edited payment proofs will lead to account suspension.

• A chat with a mentor or recruiter costs ₹49 for 30 minutes.
• You can send your question as soon as you pay. Your 30 minutes start only when they send their first reply.
• If there's no reply within 24 hours, the full ₹49 is refunded to your wallet automatically.
• Mentors and recruiters can reply any time and never pay to chat.

• The session price is held when you book and released to the mentor after the session is completed.
• Cancel at least 12 hours before the session for a full refund; cancelling later refunds 50% of the price.
• If the mentor rejects or cancels the session, you get a full refund.

Job seekers who have applied to an opportunity can pay to see the recruiter's direct contact details. If the recruiter takes no action on your application within 7 days, you can request a refund from your Applications.

• Mentors and recruiters receive 70% of what they earn on Oppverse (sessions, paid chats and contact unlocks); the rest is our platform fee.
• Withdrawals are reviewed by our team and paid to the bank or UPI details you provide. We may hold a withdrawal while we check suspicious activity.

You agree not to:

• Post fake jobs, fake profiles, fake reviews or misleading information.
• Harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone, or share unlawful or explicit content.
• Ask for or offer payments outside Oppverse to avoid platform fees.
• Charge job seekers for job offers, interviews or placement — genuine recruiters never do this.
• Try to break, overload or misuse the platform, or access other people's accounts or data.

You keep ownership of what you upload — your profile, resume, messages and files. You allow us to store and show it only as needed to run the platform (for example, showing your application to the recruiter you applied to).

Oppverse connects people; it doesn't employ mentors or recruiters and can't guarantee interviews, offers or placements. Mentors share their own experience and opinions. Opportunities are posted by recruiters, who are responsible for them.

We work hard to keep Oppverse reliable and safe, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

You can stop using Oppverse and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. Any genuine wallet balance will be handled as per applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update them; we'll change the date at the top of this page and notify you of important changes. Continuing to use Oppverse means you accept the updated Terms.
